Terms & Conditions for payment

• A deposit will be required on booking your Wedding date with Chez Vous.  A written quotation will be provided and sent to confirm event details.

• A meeting regarding the menu and finer details will be arranged 4 months prior to your Wedding date, at which point a further deposit of 50% will be due.

• Final numbers and final payment will be required 14 days prior to your Wedding date.

• Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by BACs. Cheques should be made payable to Chez Vous Events Limited.

• Cancellations made with 14 days of your Wedding date will be subject to full payment unless we can re-sell the date.

• Cancellations made within 4 months of your Wedding date will be subject to the non-return of your 1st & 2nd deposits.

• Cancellations made after the initial deposit payment but before the 4 month prior date will be subject to the first payment based on the non-return of deposit received.

• All menus are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Hire Charges

• Chez Vous menu prices are per head and include the following (subject to type of event):
  • Serving staff for your Food
  • Cutlery and crockery for the main meal
  • Serving equipment
  • Cake stand & decorative knife
  • Set-up & clear down
• You may also need us to provide the following:
• Table linen & napkins
• Kitchen equipment (marquees)
• Drinks service, including glassware, for the day event
• Evening Bar staff
• Glassware, ice and bar equipment

Corkage

• We do not charge corkage to our clients, we provide a drinks service to include staffing, equipment, glassware and ice to serve your drinks

Delivery

• We charge £50 delivery on all orders and functions.

Site Clearance

• We will endeavour to clear as much rubbish as possible from the site on the day of the function, but cannot take full responsibility for all rubbish clearance.
